Your new company is an award winning Northern Irish Build & Fit-Out Contractor who, due to impressive bid success and an increased workload following them in to 2023, are now seeking a Contracts Manager to join their highly successful team. With enviable growth in recent years and an remarkable client base throughout the UK & ROI operating across various sectors including commercial, residential, education, retail & fit out, the company are seeking to further establish their brand and operational footprint throughout the United Kingdom. This growth has been generated from their proven track record in delivering high-quality service on £multi-million projects for global clients, but also in keeping with their meticulous, self-imposed dedication to high quality finished work. The contractor now has a specific requirement for a Contracts Manager (NI based with travel) to provide operational leadership for multiple projects ranging in excess of £15 million.
Your new role
As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for providing the vital link between head office and the on-site management teams, offering troubleshooting solutions where needed and making sure all design, programming, technical and financial aspects of £multi-million-pound projects are on schedule.
Recent notable & successful projects include a £19m hotel and a £40m university scheme including student hub.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Contracts Manager, you will have proven experience of managing multiple construction projects with extensive knowledge of contractual obligations. This role requires a meticulous work ethic and as such to be considered you must display a highly organised, detail driven and results-minded approach to the position.
Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of all projects in a timely manner, to budget & to the standard required.
This is a unique position, involving up to 3 days travel to sites based in the UK and as such you should have a flexible attitude to travel for work.
