Contracts Manager - Flat Roofing£65,000 - £75,000 + Car AllowanceWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an industry leading company based in Birmingham. This will be a site-based role overseeing contacts within the midlands area, varying from Stoke - Oxford.Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:

• Oversee the whole contract from start to finish.
• Take a contract from an enquiry through to fruition.
• Finding the right projects to be worked on.
• Pricing tender packages - visiting site with subcontractors / specialist.
• Ordering of materials.
• Control of cost on projects.
• Raising subcontract orders / Pos.

The successful candidate will:

• Experience and understanding of working with flat roofing.
• Experienced in pricing up contracts.
• Confident in leadership.
• Experience of being client facing.
• Hold a valid CSCS Card.
