We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Birmingham. As a B2B provider, we offer our services nationwide, specializing in working on live environments and refurbishment.

The ideal candidate will have a driving license and be able to work from our Birmingham office. The position offers a laptop, mobile, and vehicle (or allowance).

Job Description:

• Manage contracts and oversee the successful delivery of roofing projects.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage project teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Opt out of the 48-hour maximum working week.
• General hours of work are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• 28 days gross holiday.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
