Are you an experienced Corporate Landlord Services Manager with experience working in, or closely with, a local authority? My client are looking for an experienced manager to join their Corporate Landlord Services as head of the department on an interim basis.

Key experience and skills:

• Successfully leading, motivating and managing a team of senior and junior property professional staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Managing and running multimillion pound capital projects and programs.
• Dealing with and resolving disputes relating to rents, rates, lease issues and with managing and settling contractual disputes with contractors.
• Experience of working with Trade Unions.
