We do this by showcasing their talents, skills, and unique experience in an inclusive environment that helps them thrive.Job Title: Cultural Change and Engagement Manager Duration: 6 months, extensions likely Location: Warwick/HybridSalary: £600 - £650 per day via UmbrellaMy client who is an international electricity company and a major player in the energy sector and a key contributor to achieving the UK government's renewable energy targets is currently looking for a Cultural Change and Engagement Manager on a 6-month contract based from home with twice per month requirement in the Warwick office.Role Purpose:Seeking a Cultural Change and Engagement Manager for a 6-month contract to support the Onshore Transition Management Office in integrating partner organizations for major projects, specifically "The Great Grid Upgrade." The role involves building an integrated culture, facilitating communication and engagement, and aligning with the NGET team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultural Embedment: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for embedding an effective onshore Enterprise culture, fostering unity across all team levels.
  • Communication Strategy: Collaborate with the TMO team and SI Colleague Communication Manager to develop, deliver, and measure colleague communication and engagement campaigns specific to the integration. Ensure alignment with broader SI objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to build visibility, trust, and understanding of changes and new partnerships, actively contributing to decision-making processes.
  • Change Champion Network: Manage a network of Change Champions, planning sessions, and creating materials to effectively communicate and support Project Directors.
  • Leadership Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of large leadership events, ensuring logistical success and impactful content creation.
  • Feedback Sessions: Lead feedback sessions, evaluating and adapting communication strategies based on evolving needs and challenges.
  • Partner Onboarding Support: Provide crucial support for partner onboarding and integration, including organizing launch events.
  • Collaboration Upskilling: Identify and coordinate change management and collaboration upskilling initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Content Creation: Craft clear, consistent, and compelling content that effectively communicates the ongoing narrative, using both traditional and innovative communication channels.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Culture Change Expertise: Proven ability in culture change and development, demonstrating a track record of successfully implementing impactful initiatives.
  • Communication Strategy: Extensive experience developing and implementing colleague communication and engagement strategies, plans, and campaigns.
  • Internal Communication Mastery: In-depth, demonstrable knowledge and experience of the internal communication mix, including objective/outcome setting, planning, channel usage, research, and measurement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills with a history of supporting and advising senior leaders in large, global organizations.
  • Innovative Communication Skills: Strong innovative and creative communication skills, adapting messaging for internal, field-based audiences.
  • Matrix Environment Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, managing conflicting demands and balancing workload effectively.
  • Event Management: Experience running large leadership events, from logistics to content creation.
  • Project Coordination: Proven experience in providing colleague communications advice and support in large operational areas.
