S3 Science is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based near Milton Keynes on a temporary basis. Our client is proud to be a global veterinary medicine provider who is dedicated to the health and welfare of animals. This hybrid role offers three days of remote work per week on a temporary contract initially for six months, with the possibility of being extended. The starting salary ranges from 27,000 to 30,000, and immediate availability is required.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver high-quality, professional support to the team responsible for handling enquiries, information requests, complaints, and orders received by the company through telephone, email, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming Customer Service queries & Business enquiries
- Accurately processes Wholesale & Direct Customer orders using a range of Business Systems, primarily SAP
- Manage the order process from receipt of order through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring swift, efficient and accurate service
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure pricing/invoicing queries and credit claims are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Raise incident reports for any non-conformances, complaints, late or damaged deliveries, temperature deviations etc & provide any necessary follow-up support on incidents as instructed by the Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager, Customer Services Manager and/or Demand Planning Manager
- General preparation for internal and external meetings
- Assist with various projects as required
- Ensure compliance with approved Company policies and procedures
- Proactively looks for opportunities to improve system efficiencies to eliminate waste
Job Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a Customer Service role
- 2 years experience in an Admin role
- Experience using MS Office and email systems
- Admin coordination abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
