Customer Success Manager - Manchester
Our client is an award-winning Social Housing SaaS organisation experiencing organic growth due to their success with their client base. They are now seeking a Customer Success Manager with social housing experience, particularly in income or rent sectors.
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a vital role in ensuring our clients' customers become lifelong advocates of our software. Using excellent relationship-building skills, the CSM establishes strong and effective partnerships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
The CSM is responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. They are the primary owner of operational relationships with customers, working closely with Sales (for new business prospects) and Account Management (for existing customers).
You will manage and nurture current relationships, onboard new accounts, and provide end-to-end support.
