Base Location:Cardiff, Reading or Perth- this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the office at one of our advertised locations.
Salary:£31,339 - £35,892 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern:12 month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment Full Time Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
This is a key analyst role supporting the Smart Data Operations Team's workstream. You will plan and run data enquiries that assist Business Energy's smart meter campaign delivery. It will play a significant part in preparing, analysing and managing customer & smart meter related data which supports Business Energy's Smart Mandate. As part of your role you will:
- Take ownership of backlog items and proactively supporting peers to complete outstanding tasks.
- Contribute to feedback and continuous process improvement discussions.
- Drive effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support population of government and industry Requests for Information (RFI).
- Source and maintain database of 'eligible' customers required to support Smart campaigning and to identify key campaign blockers.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience of working within a complex business environment and understanding of business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Experienced in Data Analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, other related analysis tools would also desirable. With the ability to translate complex data into understandable concepts for target audiences.
- Knowledge of the Energy Market and Smart Metering would be desirable.
- Experience of working within a project or programme environment.
- Experience in collaboration and management of internal and external stakeholders.
