Eteach, an Education Software company, is looking to hire a highly skilled CRM Manager and MS Dynamics CRM expert.
As the CRM Manager, you will report to the IT Director and Managing Director. You will be a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CRM and will help the business achieve streamlined contact, sales planning and sales invoicing processes providing excellent support to the entire business.
The CRM Manager is also responsible for managing Customer data via our CRM and the associated reporting of that data to the business and the customer base using Domo reporting.

Day-to-day responsibilities in the position of CRM Manager will include:
- CRM - begin by delivering a full system health check and realigning the system to current and future needs with IT and Managing Directors. You will have a keen understanding of customer life cycle strategy, measurement and communications.
- You will work with key stakeholders to improve the current system to encourage sales and continued growth through process optimisation.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, using our Domo reporting to deliver real-time reports to leadership continuously refining strategies to optimize performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams - Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and IT to ensure seamless execution of CRM, Customer Data and Intelligence.
- Cross-system integration Website, Finance, Sales Pipeline, Customer Success Team.
- Manage the third-party supplier relationship for continuous improvements.
- Project management and implementation of new developments and improvements to our CRM processes.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have a relevant Degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Data management experience.
- Excellent communication skills with strong business acumen and a high level of personal drive and determination.
- Enthusiasm, Hard work and Attention to detail are essential.
- Passion for analytics and manipulating data.
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Powerapps.
- Minimum 2 years of visual reporting experience (ideally in Domo).
