Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate the design process for residential projects
• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee the production of design information, including drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Provide technical guidance and support to the design team
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of residential projects, preferably student accommodation and hotels
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in relevant design software and tools
