Lynx Recruitment are working with a leading global MEP consultancy to recruit for an enthusiastic Design Manager to join the team in London.

You will lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary group across project delivery, quality, and technical excellence. This key role will collaborate with technical experts to uphold our reputation for superior quality and client service.

Responsibilities

• Grow business by identifying opportunities and maintaining client relationships
• Lead, manage and mentor the design team
• Oversee project requirements, timelines, costs, quality and performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Collaborate across teams to deliver quality solutions on time
• Act as lead PM liaising between client and design partners
• Manage change control and scope adjustments
• Monitor profitability and manage accounts

Requirements

• Engineering degree or suitable experience
• Extensive project management expertise
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills
• Knowledge of end-to-end design processes
• Associate or student member of professional body
• Working toward Chartered status
• Problem-solving, technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
