A London based charity are looking to recruit a Development Manager to lead a team of 12 Developers as part of a major digital transformation programme.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Leading on process and creation of technical solution design and documentation
• Overseeing the development process to produce reliable and efficient software solutions
• Leading on the technical elements of project delivery throughout the project life cycle
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Ensuring all development work is delivered to agreed schedules.
• Conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency

The successful candidate will have a broad Development background including a mix of the following: C#, Angular, Node, JavaScript and AWS, as well as at least 5 years of leadership experience.

This role is requires 1 day per week on site in London.
