Residential led, high density mixed use development
An established Blue Chip Property Developer is looking to appoint a Development Manager to support a key development project through stage 0-4 feasibility, early stage master planning, design, planning project management for a 1,000 unit high density scheme.
Reporting into a Development Director and part of designated project team working alongside a Senior Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the scheme through stages 0-4 with commercial accountability for the financial appraisal and viability of the scheme through the various stages seeking to make decisions that support strong design, place-making and adding value to development.
Ideally, you would be a proven Development Manager with a background working for Property Developers and a demonstrable background in delivering residential high density led schemes in London and City centre development.
