Digital Service Owner - Bracknell (2-3 days a week office based)

New and exciting role for a Digital Service Owner to join a leading Automotive company to manage third party service providers and support Digital business activities.
As a Service Specialist Level 2 support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management, optimisation, and alignment of the companies Salesforce, and other Digital Retail, platforms with the organisation's service-oriented goals and objectives.
Must have the ability to speak with technical people on and off site, along with Stakeholders, Suppliers and management.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Required
- Experience working in an application support or application development team.
- Experience of working in a technical consumer-facing digital environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at different levels of the business up through the most senior levels.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence in both the business and IT communities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision, mission, goals and themes to both business and IT audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in managing operational budgets.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce and / or MuleSoft is a bonus but otherwise this role is a great opportunity to learn these skills.
- Willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
- Experience in application and system technology security testing.
- Project management skills and experience in creating and managing project plans.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
