We are looking to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team for a retrofit project focused on social housing.
About the Role
As Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with project requirements. You will collaborate with various Retrofit Coordinators, including Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Government agencies, to maintain an efficient and organised document control system.
About You
We'd like our Document Controller to have the equivalent level of work experience. Proficient in document control software and tools, you will have strong organisation and time management skills and have a keen eye for detail. You will be familiar with relevant regulations and standards in the retrofit industry and understand PASHUB / retrofit platforms.
Experience as a Document Controller in construction or retrofit projects, with a focus on social housing is preferred but by no means essential.
