AA Euro Executive Recruitment has been retained by our client, a leading Irish construction contractor to recruit a Document Controller. The successful candidate will be based on a large scale energy project just south of Norwich.
The Role:
- Manage incoming documents and manage the distribution of documents to various project stakeholders
- You will ensure the various drawings, schedules and specifications are kept up to date and maintained for record purposes.
- Ensuring all paperwork details are recorded correctly with relevant signatures.
- Liaise with head office staff including Health and Safety, Plant and HR
- Monitoring and Reporting of programme activities
- Ensure all staff and labour on site has the relevant safety paperwork.
- Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
Requirements:
- You will have at least 2+ years previous experience in Documentation Control.
- Administration experience essential.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not essential.
- You will have great attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- IT Skills - A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
