An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our clients for an Earthworks Supervisor in Aylesbury.
Permanent position, £47,000 Basic Annual Salary. Over time after 8 hours per day. lodge allowance of £350 per week if you live over 40 miles from the site.
Our client is seeking to employ an experienced Earthworks supervisor for their project based in Aylesbury on a permanent capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk earthworks and highway based projects. You will have previous experience of running gangs.
Responsibilities;
Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Address any concerns or conflicts that arise among team members promptly and professionally
Sustain accurate records of work performed
Co-ordinate with project managers to ensure completion of tasks and projects.
As an Earthworks Supervisor you will be overseeing the gangs on site an ensure that the work is completed at a high level.
Carry out toolbox talks and assiting with inductions
Requirements;
SSSTS and CSCS Gold Card
Must have an Earthworks background and HS2 experience is desirable
Experience as an Earthworks Supervisor on similar projects.
