Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Salary: 65,000 + Package (Pension, Holidays, etc.)

We are a growing and well-respected M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and professional Electrical Project Manager to join our team and help deliver key projects to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical works on residential and commercial developments, including student accommodation and high-spec apartments

Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion

Coordinate with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure all work meets current regulations and standards

Monitor progress against programme and budget, reporting to senior management

Attend site meetings and liaise with design teams and consultants

Provide technical guidance and resolve any site or design issues promptly

Ensure quality assurance and handover documentation is completed to a high standard
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager

Proven background delivering both residential and commercial electrical projects

Experience with student accommodation or high-end/luxury apartments preferred

Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SMSTS/SSSTS desirable)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

Full UK driving licence
