Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 65,000 + Package (Pension, Holidays, etc.)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background in both residential and commercial projects? Do you have a track record of delivering high-quality student accommodation and luxury apartment schemes? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are a growing and well-respected M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and professional Electrical Project Manager to join our team and help deliver key projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical works on residential and commercial developments, including student accommodation and high-spec apartments

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion

• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

• Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure all work meets current regulations and standards

• Monitor progress against programme and budget, reporting to senior management

• Attend site meetings and liaise with design teams and consultants

• Provide technical guidance and resolve any site or design issues promptly

• Ensure quality assurance and handover documentation is completed to a high standard

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager

• Proven background delivering both residential and commercial electrical projects

• Experience with student accommodation or high-end/luxury apartments preferred

• Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SMSTS/SSSTS desirable)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

• Full UK driving licence
