A leading facilities management company that is experiencing major growth is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Elstree to work on this Retail Project. This is an exciting time to join the business! Along with a salary in the region of £60,000 per annum, you will also receive a £4,000 car allowance. You will take ownership and accountability of the FM Electrical Project Delivery finances, quality, and programme from estimation handover to completion and client training, working to strict timescales, delivering within budget, and overseeing quality control throughout the life cycle. M&E Project value £6 Million. Electrical Fit Out Infrastructure. This is a full-time role working with multiple personnel. What you'll do as Electrical Project Manager:

• Direct and manage the development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects along the way.
• Liaise with the main contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and the client
• Plan the utilisation of resources, both available and required
• Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver according to plan.
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones, track milestones and deliverables. Troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential problems and develop contingency plans.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary, obtaining client approval, as necessary.
• Develop and grow business relationships.
• Prepare & update cost control sheets on a weekly basis
• Prepare & issue weekly/fortnightly Progress Report

What we're looking for in an Electrical Project Manager:

• Extensive experience in the role, including fast track fit-out infrastructure work.
• Proven ability to bring projects to successful completion
• A degree or HND in Electrical Engineering and a post graduate qualification in project management preferred, but equivalent qualifications and/or significant relevant experience acceptable
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
