Our Client is an established independent Thames Valley electrical contractor operating in the commercial sector. Due to further expansion, they are seeking a commercially minding electrical project manager to be based from their Wokingham office.
The ideal candidate will match the following criteria.
Project Management
Manage the complete project life-cycle, from estimation through to final completion & handover accounts
Estimating
Carrying out variation costs
Raising monthly applications
Procuring materials and sub-contractors
Project Management from values £1,000.00 - £1.5 million
Managing Employees, Sub-Contractors & Agency Labour
Carrying out all H&S project duties including raising and issuing site specific RAM'S
Preparing and issuing Manuals and overseeing all commissioning
Office based in Wokingham, this is not a remote working role
Attending site meetings
Liaising with clients and building relationships

Additional 5 days holiday scaled after 2 years to 5 years continual service
3 - 4 days holiday may be offered free if business is profitable during Christmas and New Year
Hours of work to meet the duties of the role which does not include travelling 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Company pension based 5% with employee contributing 5%
Company mileage paid at 45 pence per mile
Qualifications
JIB Electrical Contracts Manager Black Card
Completed JIB Apprenticeship
NVQ Level 3
City & Guilds 2400-Design, Erection & Verification
