One of Avanti's clients in the Milton Keynes area is looking to add to their R+D team with an engineering manager. This role would oversee all company projects & be responsible for driving them forwards, as well as pushing technical direction. There will also be some "hands-on" work with new designs, and assisting the team where needed.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years' experience in an electronic/hardware engineering role
Minimum 2 years' team leadership/management experience
Experience with the full hardware/product development life-cycle (schematics, PCB design, layout, testing, etc).
