Role:

As the Employee Engagement Manager you will be the owner and driver of Darktrace's internal communications and engagement channel strategy. This role will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with company goals and values.

Working within our growing Corporate Affairs team, you'll be based from our central London office on a hybrid model with 2 to 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

In this fast-paced and varied position you'll be developing and highlighting diversity initiatives, building ambassador and recognition programs and focusing on listening strategies. At the core of all your activities you'll be embedding company values and bringing them to life. Day to day you'll be:

  • Creating and delivering compelling content for a variety of internal communication channels, including the intranet, weekly newsletter, and company updates,
  • Developing and overseeing employee engagement programs and satisfaction measurement framework to assess the impact on employees and ensuring we maintain flexible approach that best caters to our evolving workforce,
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of in-person and virtual all-employee events including FY kick-off, summer and winter parties,
  • Developing and overseeing our employee engagement and satisfaction measurement framework.

Candidate Requirements

Darktrace warmly welcomes applications from candidates with a track record of previous employee engagement or internal communications experience. Events management skills would be highly desirable including experience of virtual events. It's likely that you'll also have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Highly organised, with excellent project management and an eye for detail,
  • Experience of working across technology channels that support employee engagement efforts,
  • A keen interest in people with strong stakeholder management skills.
