I am currently working with a Leading Food Retailer on an Enterprise PMO role.The successful candidate will be joining the Portfolio & ePMO team and be responsible for overseeing their portfolio management. Key Responsibilities:

• Evolving their Portfolio function for effective business planning.
• Oversight of the Portfolio and making sure this has been handled effectively.
• Providing constructive challenges to owners on the benefits as well as the costs associated with projects.
• Developing and maintaining a robust reporting approach for the portfolio.
• Addressing ad-hoc information requests.
• Stakeholder Engagement.
• Working in Collaboration with the ePMO and Portfolio Manager in the business planning process.
• Responsible for the line management to Portfolio analyst, with a focus on leadership, mentoring and development in the team.

This role will play a central role in developing and embedding my clients portfolio function, as well as contributing to the success of critical projects.
