The Role - Estimator

My client are currently looking for a Planned Works Estimator with occupied refurbishment knowledge, working on Social Housing projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for social housing refurbishment projects with an emphasis on occupied properties.
• Collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to cost
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building regulations, and market trends to inform estimating practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data.
