- Plan, organise, and manage events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements.
- Handle post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing end-to-end requirements for events as assigned, including identifying accommodations, transportation, location, catering, signage, displays, and any special needs requirements
- Ensure all events align with the organisation's mission and objectives.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver event assets.
