Project lead on all executive reward matters, including Remuneration Committee support, shareholder engagement, external remuneration reporting, remuneration governance and compliance; Executive Reward Partner for the Haleon Executive Team.

Job Purpose
Project lead on all executive reward matters, including Remuneration Committee support, shareholder engagement, external remuneration reporting, remuneration governance and compliance; Executive Reward Partner for the Haleon Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities
Remuneration Committee support:
- Plan Committee agenda for the year and prepare agenda for each meeting;
- Draft papers including analysis, market data, input from other teams and recommendations;
- Instruct Committee's external remuneration, legal and tax advisors as appropriate;
- Work closely with the Company Secretary;
- Plan meetings with and manage stakeholder alignment / secure support for recommendations.
- Lead preparation of the Directors' Remuneration Report including data collection and analysis, secure Remuneration Committee approval, stakeholder engagement; manage work with auditors, legal and remuneration advisers. Represent the Executive Reward team in the Annual Report project team.
- Lead preparation of Directors' certificates, including setting up processes and format for data reporting, review of the data, approving and sending certificates for each HET member and taking HET through their certificates.
- Lead reward-related aspects of the financial results, AGM and regular shareholder engagement, including drafting all remuneration-related documentation, letters, FAQ documents, talking points, attending meetings where required and working closely with the Investor Relations Director. Represent the Executive Reward team in the AGM team.
- Lead the implementation of the new regulatory and legislative changes in Executive Reward, preparing and reviewing all required regulatory disclosures, working closely with Director for Executive Communications and Head of Global External Engagement; input into sustainability activities, e.g. DJSI submission and ESG in incentives.
- Responsible for communications with the Financial Planning & Analysis Director to set and assess incentive targets; preparing Remuneration Committee papers and employee communications related to financial performance.
- Review, approve and manage the preparation of all documents and communications related to the HET share plan participation (grant and vesting calculations, RNS announcements, tax elections, dividend calculations, payroll).
- Present to senior stakeholders (including the CEO and CFO) as part of the reward project delivery.
- Prepare recommendations for the executive remuneration arrangements on cessation of employment and for the HET new hire/role change including buyout awards.
- Lead all communications with the HET members relating to all aspects of their reward and employment cycle, including share plans, benefits, pensions, mobility arrangements, payroll, tax, expenses, leaving arrangements etc., coordinating with other teams, considering the annual schedule for all reward and benefit arrangements.
- Oversee and facilitate all reward processes that affect the HET members, including payroll review for all HET members, benefits and pensions set-up and operation, mobility arrangements, processing business expenses. Proactively identify and resolve any issues and inaccuracies, involving the relevant teams.
- Create, deliver and maintain employment documentation for Executives, ensuring there is an accurate and up-to-date audit trail. Working with internal and external lawyers to draft and review documentation as required.
- Manage the annual pay cycle for the HET members, including all communications relating to salary review, bonus outcomes, personal objectives (setting and assessment), long-term incentive awards (grant and vesting).
- Lead the design and delivery of the executive remuneration policies and processes.
- Set up templates, process mapping, review of the working practices between teams and with external providers post-demerger (e.g., leaver process, share awards vesting, taxable expenses processing, payslips review etc.).
- Manage key Executive Reward projects, e.g., Haleon India cash to shares project and other share plans-related activities, providing project leadership and direction to reward delivery leads and the share plans manager.
