My client is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant to join their growing business. Nestled between Lancaster and Kendall this is a gret opportunity for a dedicated Finance Assistant to develop and grow their career.

Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include :

• Processing sales and purchase ledgers, to include liaising with customers and suppliers, dealing with queries, reconciling supplier statements and organising supplier payment runs
• Over seeing wages in preparation for the accountants
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciling and analysis of company credit card statements
• Using Sage Line 50
• Project work and duties relevant to the role

The ideal Finance Assistant will have strong communication skills and ideally be AAT Qualified (or studying) and possess confident Excel knowledge.

You can expect 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) competive salary (up to 32k) on site parking and an early finish on Friday
