Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Group Finance Director. Responsible for managing the company s financial affairs in line with applicable accounting standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assistance with the production of monthly management accounts for the Board including production of full board packs and cash flow forecasts.
- Undertaking financial analysis and reporting
- Developing forecasting models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) to ensure accurate budgeting and reforecasting
- Oversee the preparation of annual audited accounts in line with accounting policies
- Prepare relevant workpapers to ensure a smooth audit process
- Assist with the preparation of VAT & CIS returns
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Project reconciliations and closing
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and weekly payroll
You will be CIMA / ACCA Qualified (as a minimum) and able to demonstrate at least 5 years relevant United Kingdom finance experience, with knowledge of purchase or sales ledger and running payroll in companies of a similar size.
