This is an exciting, commercially focussed role that will be directly involved in the successful delivery of a variety of contracts. This role is to support the Finance Business Partner and the wider finance team.
You will have the skill to be able to communicate financials to non-financial co-workers in a manner that can be understood.
Main Duties.Month End ReportingSupporting the Divisional Finance Manager with contract accounting - capturing monthly costs.Robust and accurate forecasting of costs on a quarterly basis, ensuring budget holders are engaged and approve submissions.Supporting senior management to understand spend within their area and ensure client value for money is achieved on projects.Support the Divisional Finance Business Partner with management of all contract accounting and finance, ensuring accurate capturing of monthly costs.Quarterly ForecastingSupporting Budget holdersAnalysis.Assisting with auditSupport with ad hoc queries and projects.
This role would suit candidates who have similar experience and ideally studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or similar qualifications. Candidates who are Qualified by Experience (QBE) are also very welcome to apply.
In addition, you will be ideally experienced with SAP and an advanced knowledge of EXCEL.
Excellent communication abilities are mandatory for this role along with an analytical approach, excellent attention to detail and work well in a team environment.
