Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Manager to ensure the smooth financial operations of our clients company. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Orders:Oversee creation, approval, and tracking.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and records.
- Accounts Payable: Verify invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payroll compliance.
- Chase Overdue Payments:Follow up on overdue payments.
- Monthly Reports: Prepare and review financial reports.
- Quarterly and Year-End Tasks: Conduct reviews and manage year-end processes.
- Review Project Costings: Analyze project costings and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and payroll.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
