Hays are looking for a finishing foreman/assistant site manager - residential builds.

Hays are currently supporting a rapidly growing housebuilder in the Southwest who requires a finishing foreman/assistant site manager with a strong background in residential builds and snagging to support on a large site.
If you have a background of house building and are passionate about handing over good quality homes, then this could be the role for you!

Some of your key responsibilities might include

• Conducting and completing checks and snags on homes.
• Quality control of materials and homes including safety inspections.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Report to and work with site managers and build directors to support the overall project.

What would we need from you?

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Strong experience in new residential builds
