Position: Full time, Freelance
The Finishing Manager responsibilities will include: Managing all the day-to-day internal finishes Checking quality, signing off completed sections of work Take the control of extremely detailed snagging and finishes. Coordinate the internal trades and subcontractors and push to ensure a quality finish Contribute to the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences Driving the completion of the finishing works to company standard Creating snagging lists Holding progress meetings with the site manager and contracts manager
