On behalf of our client, I require an SMSTS Finishing Manager to commence work in Solihull (B90 Postcode) from mid January 2025

Requirements

• Proof of right to work in the UK
• SMSTS (ESSENTIAL)
• First Aid (ESSENTIAL)
• Full PPE
• Eye for detail
• Ability to produce extensive snagging lists

Project

• Self storage - 1000 units

Duties

• To go through all areas of the building, including each storage unit and, produce extensive snagging lists to be submitted to each sub contractor so, they can carry out required works to ensure the project is completed to the highest standard

Duration

• 4-6 weeks
