Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of our super prime residential project. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in high-end finishes, and the ability to manage multiple teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all finishing works on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of finishes.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the finishing phase promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Client liaison running through the snags and the process to rectify them

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in finishing management within high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
