Role Overview: We are seeking a Fire Contracts Manager to oversee fire safety workstreams for residential social housing clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting risk assessments and fire safety audits
• Developing fire safety plans and specifications
• Liaising with clients to understand their specific needs
• Monitoring ongoing fire safety projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Coordinating with contractors and service providers
• Conducting final inspections and quality assurance checks
• Preparing detailed reports on project outcomes
• Implementing remedial actions if necessary
• Managing and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors
• Ensuring projects stay within budget and time constraints
• Providing expert fire safety advice and guidance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fire safety and contracts management, ideally within the social housing residential sector
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
