V7 Recruitment are looking for a Freelance Site Manager to start ASAP on an apartment scheme in Liverpool. The role will involve managing the first fix stage up to plaster.

Start Date- ASAP

End Date- End of December

Location- Liverpool

Rate- Negotiable

Hours- 7.30AM-5.30PM Monday-Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis every 8 weeks

Ideal candidate-

• Experience working on internals of multioccupancy builds during first fix stage taking the project through m&e prefix through to plastering.
• Process driven and strong QA skills.
• Ensures Health & Safety on site is managed to a high standard.
• Able to keep projects running on track with the programme.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
