We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the fitout of the basement and ground floor for a high end commercial refurbishment project in Kensington. This is an immediate start role with a contract duration of 12-16 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and workers, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with the project team, handling any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain site documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Site Management experience with a background in gym, leisure centre, hotel, or high-end commercial fitouts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Immediate availability and ability to commit for the full project duration.
