You will be joining a high-profile and established main contractor based in Derby operating in the water sector. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work, being Severn Trent's preferred contractor for the delivery of their non-infrastructure works, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Framework Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As Framework Manager, you will be based out of their Derby office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

Liaising with project management to ensure work is safely delivered to expected requirementsHolding accountability for the successful delivery of work within budgetsEngaging with clients, local authorities, subcontractors and other key project stakeholdersEnsuring programmes of work are defined and risk management plans are in placeMonitoring financial performance and delivery against programmes of workEnsuring activities meet programme outputs and are completed to expected standards.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:Proven successful experience of managing projects from inception through to completion, ideally in the water industryWorking knowledge of NEC form of contractsAbility to liaise with key internal and external stakeholdersStrong understanding of programme delivery processesFinancial awareness and ability to work to budgets.
