Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Preston
Rate: Up to 400pd. (outside IR35)
The Company: The company, voted best big company to work for in 2023 are a leading infrastructure business working on a 500 million pound framework from Oswestry to carlisle across AMP7 for UU. Projects are based all across the Northwest and are predominantly large scale civils projects within water.
Your Role: Reporting into the Commercial Manager, as Senior Quantity Surveyor you will make an immediate impact in the successful delivery of a 30 portfolio of infrastructure schemes across the Northwest. You will be responsible for managing CVRs, cost management, subcontract management, change management, monthly valuations and commercial reporting.

Your Background: To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you will need to be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven background working within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors with main contractors. In addition, you will have great leadership and communication skills and will have a full UK drivers' licence.
