My client is a growing main contractor who are going to commence a 20m New Build Leisure Centre at the end of November/Early December.

My client is looking for a capable site manager with good general contracting experience to work for the duration of the project.

The Project and Role

Reporting directly into a Project Manager, the Site Manager will work from early stages of the scheme which will include substantial civil/earthworks through to the main build which will include.

• Multi Level Steel Frame Facility
• Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool
• Gym / Sports Facilities
• Car Parking
• MUGA Sports Pitches
• Cafe/Spa

Requirements

• Loyal, Commited and Hardworking individual who can committ for the duration of the project
• Proven Track Record of working on projects of a similar value/nature from cradle to grave with strong all round package experience
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Acces to a Car/ Full UK Driving Licence

Start Date/Application

• My client has been awarded the project and are due to commence on site at the end of November/first week of December. We are starting the process a few weeks early so please bare this in mind with your application.
• An MS Teams Interview will be conducted in the first instance

Rate

• 280- 290pd – CIS Umbrella or PAYE Umbrella
