Midlands regional contractor require a No.1 Site Manager to run from the inception of the project a 500k double modular classroom installation at the site of an existing school. Works will primarily involve groundwork's, drainage, timber frame and external timber clad wrap. Reporting into the Director for the business you will have full autonomy for the running of the project involving the management of subcontractor labour, health & safety as well as close liaison with the school as its in a live environment so will need to be front client facing due to potential dealings with the public.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid Certificates along with an enhanced DBS certificate will be a mandatory requirement, if you don't have a DBS and you are successful in securing this role then you will need to apply to get this
