V7 Recruitment have an exciting Site Manager role on a Freelance basis with our client in Liverpool. The role will involve managing the first fix internals on a multioccupancy project.

Start Date- ASAP

End Date- End of November 2024

Location- Liverpool

Rate- Negotiable

Hours- 7.30AM-5.30PM Monday-Friday, Saturday mornings on a rota basis every 4 weeks

Ideal candidate-

• Experience working on internals of multioccupancy builds is preferred.
• Process driven and strong QA skills.
• Ensures Health & Safety on site is managed to a high standard.
• Able to keep projects running on track with the programme.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
