Dandara Living are seeking a General Manager to oversee the launch and the day to day running of their newest community due to complete in March 2024. 'Granary Quay' in Glasgow, will bring a further 342 build to rent apartments to the management portfolio. We are looking for manager who excels in customer service, leadership and overall property/ building management, with experience in opening and mobilising new sites.
This is a role which will allow someone to set the standard for how the general management and service offering is delivered at Granary Quay.

What you will have:
Essential
- Experience in a complex residential property management role
- Experience in project coordination, management, and delivery.
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenants Act and Housing / Rents Acts Legislation.
- Good technical knowledge i.e. residential property repair, refurbishment and construction
- Strong leadership, customer service and negotiation skills.
- Keen to develop surrounding team with a desire to grow into a more senior management role.
- Strong understanding of all H&S legislation relating to chemicals and dangerous substances i.e. COSHH. Promote and by example, ensure safe working practices at all times, including risk assessments.
- Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humor and plenty of energy and enthusiasm
- Proactive, positive and can-do attitude.
