My client is a industry leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.We are currently recruiting a Supervisor to join the company and assist in managing a groundworks, civils package.
Supervisor Responsibilities:• Reporting and working alongside the Site Manager and Contracts Manager.• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety• Keeping site diaries• Toolbox talks• Quality Assurance.• Daily briefings• Allocation sheets• Managing the labour and putting men to work.• Providing progress reports• Managing materials and supervising plant and operations.Supervisor Requirements:• CSCS• SMSTS/SSSTS• First aid• Experienced in managing groundworks, civils projects for specialist contractors.• 5+ years management experience
