Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks quantity surveying and project planning, with a proven track record of managing costs and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates for groundworks projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and management.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., CostX, Excel).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
