Groundworks Supervisor

We are looking for an immediate start for a Groundworks Supervisor to help supervise a team of groundworkers with ducting & drainage for a 4-5 month project near Cheltenham to start ASAP.

Rate: 280- 300 a day
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Hours: 7.00am - 5.00pm
Duration: 4-5 months
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of groundworks operatives
• Set out and ensure levels are accurate
• Ducting & drainage
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets high-quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the project manager
• Actively participate in the work, providing hands-on support

Requirements:

• Minimum SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Extensive experience in all aspects of groundworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
