Niyaa People are looking for a Head of Assets to join a Nottinghamshire based local authority. Reporting into the Deputy Chief Executive you will work on stock across the East Midlands to manage the asset management and development division, overseeing a team of managers to deliver a range of projects.

As the Head of Assets you will:

• Lead and manage the Asset Management & Development division
• Contribute to retrofit and decarbonisation projects
• Acquire new properties
• Contribute to compliance management
• Maintain and improve existing stock
