Head of GBS Efficiencies at a glance

The Global Head of GBS Efficiencies is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement, standardization, and automation within our Global Business Services (GBS) operations. This position will oversee a portfolio of initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence and efficiency across end-to-end processes and stakeholder engagement. The role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external business process outsourcers (BPOs) to achieve standardized and improved processes.

What's on the menu?

Responsible for developing and govern the end-to-end Continuous Improvement processes, including opportunity identification, prioritization, implementation, and delivery of the savings / value.

Partner with Zones GBS teams, Business teams and suppliers for the CI process

Lead and manage the GBS CI project portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall GBS strategy.

Develop a strategy to leverage the use of Technology to support the CI processes, including but not limited to Process Mining (i.e. Celonis), monitoring dashboards, etc.

Six Sigma/Lean and Agile Methodologies:

Own and deploy programs to promote six sigma/lean and agile methodologies within the GBS operations team.

Identify opportunities for broader GBS team training in various capabilities, including analytics and project management.

Act as a liaison with global business process experts and third-party operators to ensure alignment with global standards.

Responsible for the KHC Robotics program:

Manage and prioritize robotics demand, then coordinating with IT infrastructure to manage hardware capacity

Acts as the liaison to relevant IT functions (IT security, architecture, infrastructure, etc)
