  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a health & safety role within construction or civil engineering

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail

  • Able to work independently while engaging effectively with wider project teams

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to regional travel requirements)

Qualifications Required:

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)

  • CSCS card (desirable)

Additional Information:

  • Company vehicle provided (role involves over 5,000 business miles annually)

  • Primarily Midlands-based travel, with flexibility required across the wider North region

  • This role does not include on-call or overtime hours

If you're passionate about site safety and want to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering major civils projects, we want to hear from you.
