An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to implement and oversee H&S across a busy and established construction company
Our client is a West Yorkshire based contractor who deliver nationwide refurb projects up to £5m within the health sector
They are seeking to recruit a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to ensure that H&S standards are upheld on all projects, this role involves a blend of office-based work and nationwide site visits
The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting a culture of safety and compliance within the organisation, while also providing expert guidance and support to project teams
Responsibilities;
- Development and Implementation of Safety Policies
- Regulatory Compliance
- Risk Assessment and Management
- Training and Education
- Incident Management
Requirements;
- NEBOSH or equivalent accreditation.
- Have worked at senior level and therefore have the ability to gain credibility with senior management.
- Exposure in the review and development of Health and Safety Services within construction
- Willingness to travel nationwide for site visits.
